The Association, BRADCEA, came into existence to Organize and
Unite the Employees of Dr. B. R Ambedkar Development Corporation
in Karnataka to regulate their relations with the Corporation for their
Welfare. The Association was formed voluntarily by all Dr. B.R ADCL Employees on 20.09.2022 by registering under the Karnataka
Societies Registration Act, 1960 [Karnataka Act No.17 of 1960].
The Association’s main objectives are to secure all Employees’ Justice – Social and Economic, Promote Fraternity, Unity, and Friendship, and ensure Equality of Opportunity, better Status and Humane work
conditions, compensatory Allowances, and Promotional avenues.
